Recommend it for solo travelers

The Sanctuary Spa was a true highlight for me, I got an excellent massage that melted my tension away, and the Jacuzzi was perfect. Plus, the staff, like Micayla and her team, were so friendly and enthusiastic, it felt like they all had something to prove after the lockdowns.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the experience, I'd say it was still worth it.

The location is perfect, close to Sandton City and malls. However, the breakfast lacked variety and service fell short.

Request a spa voucher upon arrival for a smooth booking experience and enjoy a good treatment later.

great facilities , but service needs improvement

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making me feel comfortable during my stay. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, consistently showing warmth and attentiveness. Additionally, the modern appliances in our room were a significant highlight, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I enjoyed the beauty of the decor and ambiance which enhanced our family time.

i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t overlook the unhelpful receptionists and the banquet of idle staff. waiting an hour for my room and being offered late check-out was hardly the red-carpet treatment i expected. and what was up with the air conditioning issues? not the glamorous getaway i had in mind, that’s for sure!

I had a wonderful stay in a Deluxe Room at The Catalyst Apartment Hotel By Newmark. The room was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a minibar. The restaurant offered excellent service, and the food exceeded my expectations. Plus, the hotel’s location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

I enjoyed the daily replenishment of the coffee station and the fantastic spa services. The restaurant downstairs served delicious breakfasts, although noise levels from the dining area could be distracting. Keep an eye on room maintenance details for a smoother experience. Overall, worth a visit!
